(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial janitorial services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX. – Clean lobby doors and windows and spot–clean office, restroom, stairway, and elevator doors.– Wash entrance glass, doorframes, and thresholds; polish brass and metal surfaces as necessary.– Sweep and dust–mop tile floors and damp–mop spots and spills. – Vacuum upholstered seating and thoroughly vacuum carpets, including edges.– Clean beneath chair pads monthly.– Clean and polish drinking fountains as needed.– Damp–mop medical–use areas nightly with disinfectants. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
