Ford Parts and Repair Service

The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking to establish a qualified vendors list to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide mechanical and electrical repairs and services to the City’s vehicle fleet (including Ford cars and light trucks). The City’s intent is to establish an annual contract with multiple qualified Ford Dealers identified as primary and secondary for these services based on two groupings below. The evaluation criteria will be used for each grouping to cover the scope of this solicitation. Group 1: Ford Cars (including Ford Police Interceptor Units) Group 2: Ford Light Trucks Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for all or any combination of vehicle class categories included in the City’s fleet. Currently, the City’s fleet includes the following: 25 each - Cars / Small Pick ups 8 each - SUV (Include Utility Interceptors) 8 each - F150 14 each - F250 6 each - E350 6 each - F350 1 each - F450 6 each - F550 Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
