(1) Vendor needs to provide counsellors and education staff services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.A. Client Screening and Referral – Requires evaluation and interviewing of all individuals who attend the program. Using evaluation instruments, review of driving records, blood alcohol concentration at arrest and other relevant information, and making a referral to an appropriate treatment level upon completion of detention at the intoxicated driver resource center.B. Educational Programming – Requires educational instruction using the Intoxicated Driving Program approved curriculum. Must be certified or its designee, to provide the educational curriculum and shall attend educational curriculum training(s) provided.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
