CONS-23680 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Stair Removal and Construction Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stair removal service to the government authority located in Portland, OR.• The Project Manager will resolve any disagreements under this supplemental specialprovision that may arise among the Contractor and other work forces, or between theContractor and the Agency.• The Project Manager reserves the right to take and re–test material samples, andbased upon such test results, to reject any material not meeting the referencedSpecifications.• Morrison Bridge Stair Removalc. Be responsible for damage to Agency and Non–Agency property and facilities causedby or resulting from the Contractor’s operations;d. Clean up and restore such damage to the condition that existed before the damage,by repair, rebuilding, replacement, or compensation, as determined by the Engineer;e. Protect monuments and property marks until the Engineer has authorized theirremoval;f. Provide temporary facilities when needed until the required repair, rebuilding, orreplacement is accomplished.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 15, 2026.
