(1) Vendor needs to provide trash capture project service to the government authority located in Richmond, CA.• The work includes installation of customer–owned electrical facilities required toprovide power to the packaged pump station system, including service entranceequipment, control panel enclosure, conduit, wiring, grounding, bonding,electrical connections, testing, and startup coordination.• Work related to this section includes:• SP‑1 Gross Solids Removal Devices• SP‑2 Pump Station• SP‑4 Solar Streetlight• SP‑5 Solar Security Camera System (Bid Additive)• SP‑6 Ornamental Steel Security Fencing and Gates• SP‑7 Measurement and Payment(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
