Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer service rate case consultant service to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Assist agency in the review and investigation of the customer service for Eversource Energy (ES).  – Conduct analysis regarding rate design, customer service and other public–facing business practices, and performance benchmarking.• Conduct analysis regarding rate design, customer service and other public–facing business practices, and performance benchmarking:– Prior to beginning to review calls, familiarize themselves with all applicable statutes, regulations, and Authority decisions, orders and rulings to understand and rulings to understand the information utilities are supposed to convey to customer– Review calls obtained by agency through interrogatory to ensure the calls comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and agency decisions, orders, and rulings.– Document review of all calls, including a checklist provided by agency and a brief written synopsis of each call and its compliance.– Provide suggested interrogatories to pose to the utility regarding the reason such information was conveyed or not conveyed in the call.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
