(1) Vendor needs to provide sexual risk avoidance education (SRAE) program service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – Provide education with an evidence–based approach utilizing methods for adolescent learning and developmental theories for the identified age group receiving the education.– Risk include to lesbian–gay bisexual–transgender–questioning individuals, individuals with disabilities, undocumented immigrants, runaway and homeless youth, temporary guest–workers, and low–income individuals.– Address holistic benefits of personal responsibility, self–regulation, goal setting, healthy decision–making, and future focus.– Provide sexual risk avoidance education (SRAE) programming and supportive youth services– Training that supports positive decision‑making and problem‑solving skills– Emotional regulation and social skills training– Health, educational, and social–emotional outcomes– Provide strategies for resisting sexual coercion and dating violence.– Curriculum and instruction.
