(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency alert system.– An emergency alert system commonly known as reverse 911 to provide reliable and timely emergency notifications to residents, employees, and other designated users.– System will be used to communicate emergency situations, public safety information, weather–related emergencies, and other important City notifications– Ability to send notifications by text message/SMS, email, and voice/telephone calls.– Ability to send notifications to large numbers of recipients simultaneously.– 24/7 Unlimited Support– Assistance with system issues and troubleshooting.– Software updates and upgrades– Ability to access and operate the system through commonly used web browsers andmobile devices(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
