TELCOM-3100 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Emergency Phone Service - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency phone service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – To provide an emergency elevator phone solution.– For supplying and maintaining code–compliant cellular connected emergency elevator phones and providing 24/7/365 emergency phone monitoring and dispatch services.– For Emergency Elevator Phones, Monitoring, and Dispatch Services.• For all materials required for installation of emergency elevator phone equipment in Sound Transit facilities. Includes but not limited to: phones, cellular dialers, backup batteries, wiring for cellular signal, permitting, etc. to complete a cellular phone installation project. New elevator phones and cellular systems shall meet all local jurisdiction code requirements for emergency phone monitoring. • Sound Transit may expand the number of elevators using Emergency Video. • Provide Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network cellular connection if necessary for areas with poor signal • Emergency Phone Maintenance and Repair/Replacement – The Contractor will remotely monitor phone operation. • Service Response Times • Monitoring and Dispatch Services – Provide monitoring and dispatch services. • On–Call Services (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
