(1) Vendor needs to provide stop loss insurance services to the government authority located in San Antonio, Texas.• Current Medical Plan Design:• Agency offers a PPO Base and a PPO Buyup plan to active and retired employees and their dependents.• Agency also offers a grandfathered PPO plan to post–65 retirees and disabled pre–65 retirees.• Stop loss coverage is only available to participants enrolled in the PPO Base or PPO Buyup plan.• Participants enrolled in the grandfathered PPO plan are excluded from stop loss coverage.• Current Stop Loss Plan Design:• Stop loss coverage is only available to participants enrolled in the PPO Base or PPO Buyup plan.• Specific Stop Loss Requirements:• All benefits paid under the benefit plan must accumulate without any limitation or exclusion.• Specific stop loss coverage is on a claims–paid basis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
