(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Hamilton, OH.– Mulch all landscaping, as needed (if there is existing mulch, remove as much of the old mulch as possible before replacing with new).– Remove dead plants.– Plant Annuals, as needed.– Trim all bushes and trees.– Fertilize grass.– Fertilize trees and bushes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
