Include screenshots, workflow diagrams, or other supporting documentation.– Applicants can apply to positions across multiple districts.– Document management capabilities, including uploads and document selection by posting.– Applicants can upload and maintain multiple resumes, cover letters, certifications, and other application documents.– System’s ability to auto–populate application fields from uploaded resumes or external profile sources (e.g., LinkedIn).– Applicants can edit or update submitted applications.– one–way and video interview capabilities, including applicant recorded interviews submitted independently.– System’s internal and external job posting capabilities.– Ability to create a single job posting for multiple vacancies while maintaining each vacancy as a separate requisition for approval, budgeting, reporting, and hiring.– Position, requisition, and approval workflows.– Ability for approvers to reject or return requests with comments, causing the workflow to stop or return to a prior step.– Hiring manager and hiring workflow.– Post–interview processes and workflows.– Process for transferring new hire information to an HR and Payroll System.
