(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning services.• Onsite bi–monthly scanning service of 7,000–8,000 Marriage and 3000–5,000 Divorce Certificates.• Requires that the scanning solution be a turnkey onsite solution.• Convert all physical records to single–page TIFF images of no more than 150KB – within possibility to the condition of the original paperwork.• Provide an encrypted flash drive containing all images.• Maintain a copy of the project for 30 days to ensure redundancy as transfers the images to their system.• Electronically “scrub” all images off their system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
