SIGN HILL FIRE MITIGATION AND RESTORATION PROJECT

In accordance with these bid documents, the work generally consists of fuel load reduction across the entirety of the City-owned parcels of Sign Hill, including creation and maintenance of a 100’ fire break adjacent to the homes that border Sign Hill. All work shall comply with CalFire standards. The project is located within the Sign Hill Park, 650 Poplar Ave, San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The estimated construction value is $800,000. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Sign Hill Fire Mitigation and Restoration, Project No. pk2102, Bid No. 2669. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a C-61/D-49 Tree Service License, and have ISA Certified Arborists in their organization. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
