(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system.Task 1 – Project management services.Task 2 – Requirements analysis and system design:– Review and document current business requirements.– Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate updated processes.Task 3 – System configuration and development:– Contractor must prepare a configuration management plan describing version control for software, workflows, and documentation and change control procedures (e.g., how revisions are tracked, logged, and approved) prior to final system configuration.Task 4 – Data conversion and migration:– Data migration and conversion are mandatory components of this project.– Measures to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the migrated data in the new system.Task 5 – System integration.Task 6 – Testing and quality assurance.Task 7 – User training.Task 8 – Deployment planning and go–live support.Task 9 – Documentation:– provide complete electronic documentation for the proposed laboratory information management system software suite.– System design and configuration details for operating systems, database management systems, and diagnostic tools.– Database design documentation that fully describes the logical and physical structure of the system’s database.– Appropriate documentation for solution installation.Task 10 – Post–implementation licensing, maintenance, and support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
