Quotes should include any network components necessary to deliver services that are billed separately. Please provide pricing for download speeds of 500Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps and any other speed increments available up to 5Gbps. The bandwidth of the service may increase during the course of any contract. In addition, please provide pricing for individual static IPs as well as for static IP bundles. Please provide pricing for download speeds of 200Mbps, 500Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps and any other speed increments available up to 5Gbps. The bandwidth of the service may increase during the course of any contract. In addition, please provide pricing for individual static IPs as well as for static IP bundles. The Villa of Hope is also seeking pricing/quotes/bids for two (2) point-to-point, E-LAN, EVC, EPL or EVPL or equivalent type data circuits. Please provide pricing for 50Mbps, 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 500Gbps and any other speed increments available up to 1Gbps. The bandwidth of the services may increase over time, including during the course of any contract. The endpoints for the two (2) point-to-point circuits are (they all emanate from 3300 Dewey Avenue, Rochester, NY 14616): 86 White Street, Unit 88, Rochester, NY 14605 26 Seneca Manor Drive, Rochester, NY 14621 Bidders must guarantee that for each of the two (2) point- to-point data circuits requested above that both applicant addresses, commonly called endpoints or "A" and "Z" locations are billed on a single account number and shown on each monthly invoice along with the bandwidth and circuit number/Id. of each circuit for the duration of any and all contracts arising from this FCC Form 470. Applicant will not accept invoices that do not include all the costs associated with delivering the service between each applicant address for each of the circuits above. This billing methodology must be adhered to regardless if bidder proposes E-LAN, EVC, EPL, EVPL, etc. This billing requirement must be referenced and acknowledged by bidders in contract documents and supersede any other billing methodologies bidders commonly used for such circuits.
