Vendor needs to provide logistics support services for the center for explosive ordnance disposal and diving domain to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.• Contractor shall provide the logistics management specialist (inert ordnance program manager) with all aspects of inert ordnance program management with the exception of any tasks that are determined to be inherently governmental.• Add all new property as a line item within seven calendar days of receipt, populate data element fields, and update the records for custodial transfers and disposing of materials and equipment.• Coordinate, manage (e.g., create documentation, palletize property), and transfer equipment to the logistics agency disposition services, and shipping of packages and freight to other destinations.• Prepare receipt, transfer, and disposal logs, as required, and increase or decrease reports quarterly for primary level reviewer signature, and print inventory reports, and assist with annual and spot–check physical inventories of equipment.• Contractor support includes taking trouble calls, writing and submitting work orders, and documenting the efforts in logbooks and databases.• Perform administrative duties of maintaining and filing electronic and hardcopy correspondence, recording daily musters, coordinating reviews of range operations and explosive safety instructions and directives, and maintaining unescorted access lists for ammunition and explosive storage areas.
