ITES-10773 - USA (Burlingame, California) - Managed IT Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed IT services to the government authority located in Burlingame, CA. – The Selected Proposer shall serve as agency’s designated Managed Service Provider (MSP) and strategic technical lead, providing comprehensive, day–to–day managed IT services, infrastructure support, and 24/7/365 network monitoring across eight (8) primary locations, including, but not limited to, the administrative headquarters and all fire stations.– The MSP shall serve as agency’s primary technical representative regarding day–to–day IT operations, overseeing technical coordination and system interoperability, digital workflows with regional partners– The selected MSP shall provide ongoing administration, optimization, and support for agency’s broader software environment, including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 (M365), to drive workflow automation, secure cloud file sharing, and administrative streamlining.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The Letter of Interest must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
