The Department of Public Safety’s Office of Community Services and Violence Prevention is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and consulting organizations to provide capacity building services to 45 organizations who have received STOP the Violence Community Investment Grants (referred to as STV Grantees). These grants were awarded to enable community organizations to supplement the work of the City’s Office of Community Services and Violence Prevention and its Group Violence Intervention (GVI) teams.
