(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, implementation, maintenance and migration service using Drupal CMS. – Provide host, maintain, and redesign public–facing websites.– Includes information architecture, a new visual design suite, content development, front–end web development and implementation of a new CMS.– Use these as extensions for new URL or addresses that begin with website.– Develop responsive front–end code (including HTML, CSS and JS) for the entire visual design suite.– Front–end code must be valid HTML5 markup. – Deploy the site in a soft launch using hosting services provided and maintained, complete final testing, and resolve any errors or issues.– Provide estimate (hourly rate, minimum hourly requirements, etc.) and outline ongoing, proactive support plan for front– and back–end web development, new or modified– Build website in its entirety, including all page designs and templates, content types, etc. while working with MarCom and IT.– Modernize web presence and create a more unified and user–friendly brand across all our websites.– Create a cohesive user experience for internal and external users, employ a logical, easy–to–understand navigation scheme and feature content that supports messaging strategy.– Create a dashboard of websites that allows administrators access to all sites.– Accommodate and integrate third party applications, including SAML–based authentication (e.g. Shibboleth or ADFS), Touch Net, etc. – Support SEO best practices and optimization through proper HTML structure, meta tags, URL structure, clean and content–first templates.– Implementation of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tracking code, including configuration of segments, events and goals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 04, 2026.
