(1) Vendor needs to provide restaurant, food and catering services to the government authority located in Humble, TX.– Restaurant, food and catering vendors to support the district on an as needed basis.– Comprehensive restaurant, food and catering services to support various district events, functions, and programs– Services requested include, but are not limited to:1. Catering for district–wide events, school functions, and administrative meetings2. On–site food preparation and service for special occasions3. Boxed meal options for staff development days and field trips4. A variety of menu options accommodating different dietary requirements and preferences5. Buffet–style and plated meal services6. Beverage services, excluding any and all alcoholic options where appropriate7. Provision of all necessary serving equipment, utensils, and dinnerware8. Set–up and clean–up services for catered events9. Flexible ordering and delivery options to accommodate last–minute requests10. Adherence to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations and guidelines(2) The contract period will be for two years.
