(1) Vendor needs to provide cisco network equipment suppers and services that needs to be monitored and maintained using smartnet to the government authority located in Bronx, SC.– Cisco SMARTnet (also known historically as Cisco Smart Net Total Care, and rebranded is a proactive service and maintenance contract for Cisco hardware.• 24/7/365 Cisco TAC Access: Direct, round–the–clock connection to certified Cisco engineers through the Technical Assistance Center.• Rapid Hardware Replacement (RMA): Flexible replacement options including 2–hour, 4–hour, next–business–day (NBD), or return–to–factory SLAs.• Software & Bug Access: Legal rights to download Cisco IOS/IOS–XE operating system updates, maintenance releases, bug fixes, and critical security patches. • Lifecycle & Alert Intelligence: Tracking for End–of–Life (EoL) and End–of–Sale (EoS) milestones, field notices, and security advisories(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
