(1) Vendor needs to provide cell tower management services to the government authority located in Winter Park, FL.– Provide comprehensive management services for the City’s existing wireless communications infrastructure portfolio, consisting of three (3) cell towers and one (1) monopole.– Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract new commercial wireless carriers, infrastructure providers, public safety users, and related telecommunications tenants.– Identify additional collocation, equipment placement, small cell, or ancillary infrastructure opportunities on City–owned sites where feasible.– Provide outreach and engagement with wireless carriers, tower operators, and infrastructure developers.– Provide recommendations regarding amendments, extensions, and renegotiation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
