CLOTHING-1279 - USA (San Luis Obispo, California) - Uniform Rental and Laundry Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide uniform rental and laundry services to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA. – Provide rental, laundering and delivery of uniforms, coveralls, shop rags and mats for the maintenance and utility workers.– Services shall include laundering, pressing, alterations, as–needed repair and replacement of uniforms.– Must be able to fulfill waist sizes thirty six (36) through fifty (50) in pants in Navy Blue and Black colors.– Upon order placement, bidder shall provide order confirmation, visual samples of patches and embroidery, and include detailed packing slips with all shipments.– Must be able to fulfil sizes small through 4XL in long sleeve shirts and short sleeve shirts.– Rental of items also include shop towels and mats.– Contractor will be required to upgrade uniforms, shop rags and mats with new items. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) An optional pre–proposal site visit will be held on November 05, 2026.
