INSU-6355 - USA (New Jersey) - Title Search and Insurance Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide title search and insurance services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– perform title searches including, but not limited to, searches of tidelands records, titles, liens, taxes, flood hazard zones, and judgments– prepare title reports and/or commitments– provide title insurance– act as escrow agents, if requested– provide title closing services, if requested– provide any other services usually and customarily provided by title insurance companies/agents in state– provide and periodically update a document listing all title work currently in progress and the expected date of delivery to the Authority(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
