(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity services for multi–factor authentication implementation and .gov domain migration to the government authority located in Lathrup Village, MI.– Provide all labor, software licensing, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and implementation services necessary to complete the project.Task 1 – Multi–factor authentication:– Assess the city's existing authentication environment.– Configure MFA for:– Microsoft 365.– Email.– VPN.– Configure conditional access policies.– Develop emergency access procedures.– Develop enrolment procedures.Task 2 – .gov domain migration:– Assist with obtaining and activating the city's .gov domain.– Coordinate domain registration requirements.– Configure DNS records.– Migrate email services.– Migrate website references.– Coordinate cutover activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
