DES-2644 - USA (Irving, Texas) - Shredding Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding services to the government authority located in Irving, TX.  – Services shall include the collection, handling, and onsite shredding of paper records and, when requested, approved media designated for destruction.– A contract with a responsible contractor capable of providing timely, reliable, and secure shredding services while maintaining the confidentiality of information throughout the destruction process.– Typical service frequency is 5–6 shredding visits per year, including quarterly destructions, one employee shred event, and occasional municipal court purges.– Records shall be transported directly from the point of collection to the onsite shredding vehicle without unnecessary delay.– Contractor personnel shall collect boxes from inside buildings and transport them to the shredding truck.– Provide three references for similar shredding services performed within the past three years.– Provide secure, onsite document destruction and shredding services.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
