(1) Vendor needs to provide agency of record services to develop integrated, Hispanic centric marketing and outreach campaigns that support the organization’s strategic priorities and program goals.• Support in aligning Hispanic‑centric healthcare marketing campaigns, developing creative concepts, and offering strategic input on marketing initiatives.• The expected outcome of a successful program is to provide comprehensive marketing and outreach creative services that effectively communicate message to target audiences across multiple channels, including the development of creative concepts, campaign elements, and supporting materials.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
