(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development and competitiveness strategic plan development service.– A project to develop a statewide economic development and competitiveness strategic plan to guide inclusive statewide economic growth.– Economic development and competitiveness in developing a statewide strategic plan that identifies goals and strategies for state supported economic development activities, informed by analysis of economic, workforce, and industry data.– Evaluation of industry competitiveness and growth potential and market opportunities.– Economic competitiveness assessment.– Partner engagement and consultation.– Development of the Statewide Economic Development and Competitiveness Strategic Plan. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
