Volusia County has determined a need to develop a strategic plan for the ECHO program. The strategic plan includes goals that are important to Volusia County residents and County leaders that are attainable and would provide a vision through 2040. This vision would focus on ECHO’s mission of promoting stewardship of the community’s natural, cultural, and economic resources through education and funding partnerships while planning for meeting the needs of the community and will report the priorities that will guide budgeting and resource allocation for the next 20 years.
