Description

Entreprenaden omfattar demontering av befintliga entrépartier och dörrar till cykelförråd. Leverans samt montage av nya dörrar för densamma inklusive erforderliga anslutningsarbeten, tätningar, beslagning, justering och funktionsprovning i beställarens fastighetsbestånd. LysekilsBostäder AB är ett kommunalt bolag som äger ca 1200 lägenheter och ca 70 lokaler samt garage och parkeringsplatser. Till detta kommer fastigheter för äldreboende samt tre förskolor där kommunen driver verksamhet. Avtalet bygger på en nära samverkan mellan Entreprenören och Beställaren samt utförs som en totalentreprenad enligt ABT 06 och dessa Administrativa föreskrifter. Avsikten att gemensamt finna lämpliga åtgärder baserat på av beställare och entreprenören framtagen behovsanalys.
