– Vendor needs to provide targeted outreach service for pregnant women act. – Provide targeted outreach and linkage services for pregnant women who are living with HIV, at heightened risk of HIV acquisition, or facing barriers to adequate prenatal care.– Include substance use disorders, mental health challenges, socioeconomic instability, or limited access to healthcare.– Program aims to identify and engage these women early, connect them to appropriate prenatal and HIV–related services, and support their continued engagement throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.– Improve maternal health outcomes, reduce perinatal HIV transmission, and advance broader public health efforts in HIV prevention and care.
