(1) Vendor needs to provide third party property management services to the government authority located in Bremerton, WA. – Provide property management due diligence support services and transition services in the months leading up to an acquisition closing and property takeover. – The master service agreement would require flexibility to add individual management contracts per acquisition.– Development and implementation of management plans for each managed property.– Provide professional property management services.– Provide after–hours emergency response availability.– Property bank account setup and administration.– Property bank account setup and administration.– Recruitment and training of site–based property management support staff.– Transition and property takeover services.– Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 09, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
