(1) Vendor needs to provide summer media campaign service. • Provide a full–service media campaign utilizing various types of media services, marketing tactics, and platforms to promote the summer food service program (SFSP).• Developing a media and outreach plan to reach outlined goals, developing placement schedules, negotiating pricing, purchase/place spots, creative development (as needed), printing and distribution of marketing materials, and maintaining records and reconciling appropriate reports for the campaigns.• Strengthen current brand recognition and positive reputation, and drive program participation• Inform target audiences that program operators are contractually obligated to provide nutritious meals to eligible children• Create new graphic materials as needed for the SFSP campaign(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
