(1) Vendor needs to provide home investment partnerships program affordable housing rehabilitation development services to the government authority located in Independence, MO. – Home investment partnerships program (home) funds available from two program years.– Funding amounts are estimates and may be adjusted based on allocations, project underwriting, environmental review requirements, project readiness and agency council approval.– Applicants may request funding from Program Year 2025–26, 2026–27, or a combination of both program years.– The right to award funding from either program year, allocate funding across multiple program years, or adjust award amounts based on project readiness, underwriting results, and funding availability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
