(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed• Clean and disinfect tables• Dust all exposed filing cabinets, tables, bookcases, shelves, and cubicle tops• Clean and disinfect drinking fountains• Spot clean reception lobby glass, front doors, partition and interior door glass including cubicles, office doors, and hallways,• Damp clean chair and desk legs• Vacuum wall–to–wall – including underneath desks in cubicles and offices etc.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 3,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
