(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning financial application system.• Provide a solution that meets the needs of the agency, resulting in operational efficiencies and effective internal controls.– The Accounting Services/General Ledger department processes all journal entries including allocations, accruals and transfers, performs account reconciliations, month–end and fiscal year–end closes, and generates financial statements.
