– Vendor needs to provide interpreter services. – Provide interpreter services include translation to English, during all aspects of sex offender registry hearings, including testimony, documents and evidence submitted, and as needed telephone translation.– Services would include translation of hearings, phone calls, and written documents in a wide range of languages including American sign language.– Conducts approximately 35 to 50 hearings per month, of which approximately 3 to 5 may require interpreter services.– Hearings are normally conducted virtually, and the interpreter would participate remotely.
