(1) Vendor needs to provide legal research platform.– Enterprise Services is using this competitive solicitation to solicit value–added bids from innovative, qualified Bidders to provide purchasers with efficient and cost–effective access to the most up to date legal research content and tools.– Data elements:– Contractor must be established as the main service provider and meet the minimum requirements outlined, not utilizing or acting as a subcontractor or third party.– Provide a legal research platform accessible via a secure online interface. The solution shall be hosted and fully supported by the contractor.– Contractor will make all data available in real time via a secure online platform.– Contractor will include mechanisms for continuous data collection updates and data accuracy.– Contractor will make the following, but not limited to, search content available:– State and Federal statutes and regulations.– Current and historical statutes, codes, and regulations across all applicable areas of law.– Judicial decisions, verdicts, and precedents from courts across various levels, including local, national, and international jurisdictions.– Citator index of legal materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
