(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation special counsel service to the government authority located in Woodbridge, NJ. • Responsibilities of special workers’ compensation counsel shall include representation and advice and assistance with respect to all workers’ compensation matters involving the authority and its employees• Provide legal services with the highest degree of competence, diligence, and professional judgment, ensuring that all actions taken are firmly aligned with the Authority’s legal rights and best interests;• Provide the Authority with periodic updates regarding staff changes to include deletions and additions to staff and their designation within the Firm;Invoice the Authority for services rendered and agree to be subject to audit without notice;
