(1) Vendor needs to provide general assessing and cyclical data verification services to the government authority located in Atkinson, NH. • Perform annual inspections on approximately twenty percent (20%) of Town parcels.• Correct inaccurate property data and reassess parcels as needed.• Update digital property images.• Conduct annual ratio studies and present findings to Town Administration and the Board • Maintain records of parcels lacking interior inspections.• Complete certification–related statistical updates as required by the Department.• Investigate and verify sales transactions.• Review abatement requests through field inspections and studies.• Meet with taxpayers concerning valuations.• Meet with the Board of Selectmen upon request.• Post changes to Property Record Cards.
