ANIM-9960 - UK - Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Digital Destination Signage Service - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supply, installation and maintenance of digital destination signage service.– To share event related information, promote cultural awareness, share Council news and to generally promote the destination. – The Council requires the installation of three digital display signs, one on each of the main arterial highways into the city.– To supply, install and maintain three free–standing digital signage unitsfor the purposes of displaying council advertising and notices on County Council controlled land (and adopted highway).– To appoint a Digital screen contractor who will supply, install and maintain the digital sign units andnecessary content playback hardware and wireless communication required. – The Council currently manages various digital assets using Scala Enterprise CMS and will supply and manage all content for the display units within this contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
