(1) Vendor needs to provide island home medical director services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA.– Conduct a minimum of one on–site visit per month.– Participate in designated committee meetings at least once per month.– Hours not to exceed eighteen hours per month. Any pre–approved hours of service above eighteen hours shall be paid at the hourly rate.– Provide clinical oversight of medical care and other designated resident care and services at Our Island Home.– Coordinate medical care and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care policies and procedures consistent with current standards of practice– Assist in developing medical information and communication systems for staff, patients, families, and other appropriate parties.– Represent the Facility within the professional and broader community on matters related to medical care and patient care.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
