(1) Vendor needs to provide AI training, policy development and implementation services to the government authority located in Boscawen, NH.A. Executive Training & Capability Building: – – Strategic AI Foundations: High–level overview of Generative AI capabilities, public sector use cases, and efficiency opportunities.– Safe & Responsible AI Use: Frameworks for ethical deployment, identifying algorithmic bias, ensuring equity, and maintaining public trust.– Data Privacy & Information Protection: Guardrails for preventing the accidental disclosure of protected data (PII, PHI, CJIS, and HIPAA) into public AI models.– Cybersecurity Considerations: Training on AI–driven threat vectors, deep fakes, social engineering, data poisoning, and secure vendor procurement.– Delivery Formats: Executive training, interactive workshops, and exercises modeling AI risk scenariosB. Policy Development & Governance Framework: – – Current State Assessment: Review of existing County IT, data privacy, and acceptable use policies to identify AI governance gaps.– AI Acceptable Use Policy: Drafting a clear policy defining permitted, restricted, and prohibited AI tools and use cases for county staff.– Risk & Procurement Framework: Developing a vetting process for third–party software vendors integrating AI features into county systems.– Compliance Alignment: Ensuring all policies conform to federal, state, and local regulatory data privacy standards.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
