(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial, sanitation and paper supplies to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – Cleaning chemicals and disinfectants — general–purpose cleaners; –registered disinfectants and sanitizers; dilution–control chemicals and systems; degreasers and heavy–duty cleaners; restroom and bowl cleaners; glass and surface cleaners; carpet and upholstery cleaners.– Paper products — toilet tissue (standard and jumbo rolls); paper towels (roll, multifold, and C–fold); facial tissue; napkins.– Trash bags and can liners — high–density and low–density liners in various sizes and thicknesses, including compostable and recyclable options.– Dispensers and equipment — soap and hand–sanitizer dispensers; paper towel and toilet paper dispensers; air–freshener dispensers.– Hand hygiene and personal care — liquid and foam hand soaps; hand sanitizers (alcohol and non–alcohol); hand lotions and skin–care products.– Floor–care products — floor strippers and wax; neutral and specialty floor cleaners; carpet spotters and shampoos; dust–mop and wet–mop treatments.– Mops, brooms, and brushes — wet mops (cotton, microfiber, synthetic); dust mops and handles; push brooms and hand brushes; scrubbing pads and sponges.– Cleaning tools and accessories — buckets and wringers; squeegees and scrapers; dusters and microfiber cloths; extension poles and ladders.– Waste receptacles and recycling bins — indoor and outdoor trash cans; recycling and compost bins; step–on and hands–free containers.– Restroom supplies — feminine–hygiene products and dispensers; urinal screens and deodorizers; toilet–seat covers and dispensers.– Floor–care and cleaning machines and accessories — auto scrubbers; extractors; vacuums; steam cleaners; and related accessories.– Breakroom and kitchen — water coolers; coffee equipment; coffee and tea service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
