CLEANING-13685 - USA (Rocky Mountain, Colorado) - Street Sweeping Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide street sweeping services to the government authority located in Rocky Mountain, CO.• Regenerative Air / Vacuum Sweepers: for fine particulate matter and PM10 air quality compliance• Mechanical Broom Sweepers: for heavy spring cleanup, packed dirt, and post–storm debris• Water & Dust Control: All equipment must utilize operational water spray bars for dust suppression. The City may provide access to municipal fire hydrants for water refilling.• Routine Sweeping Frequency: Approximately six (6) times per year for all designated streets.• On–Call / Emergency Sweeping: The contractor must be available to respond to emergency requests (e.g., water main break debris, post–storm leaf drops, or vehicle accidents) within 4 hours of notification.• Permitted Hours of Operation: Typically, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
