(1) Vendor needs to provide mental–health and behavioral–health services that support the emotional well–being, safety, and functioning of students to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Unlike School Psychologist services, this role provides clinical therapy, clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and behavioral–health treatment rather than special–education evaluations or IEP–related testing.•Provide individual and group therapy to students with emotional or behavioral needs.•Conduct clinical diagnostic evaluations using DSM–5 criteria.•Develop and monitor clinical treatment plans.•Provide clinical crisis response and risk assessments.•Support positive mental–health outcomes through evidence–based therapeutic practices.•Collaborate with school staff, tribal health providers, and families.•Maintain confidential, compliant clinical documentation.– Crisis Intervention• Provide real–time crisis support for students experiencing emotional or behavioral crises.• Conduct suicide risk assessments and safety planning.• Participate in coordinated crisis response teams.– Clinical Consultation & Collaboration• Consult with teachers, dormitory staff, counselors, administrators, and families.• Coordinate care with tribal behavioral–health providers, medical providers, or community mental–health agencies.– Treatment Planning & Monitoring• Develop and maintain individual treatment plans.• Review progress regularly with students and, when appropriate, with families– Communication & Coordination• Participate in coordination meetings when clinical information is relevant and appropriate.• Provide general recommendations to support student well–being while maintaining clinical confidentiality.
