CSE-24096 - USA (Lubbock, Texas) - Armed and Unarmed Security Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed and unarmed security services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.• Provide Armed and Unarmed Security Services at various City facilities, public events, and other locations as assigned• Services will be provided on an hourly, as–needed basis, with the ability to add or remove locations throughout the contract term.– The Contractor shall:• Provide licensed Armed and Unarmed security officers• Ensure all officers meet Texas DPS Private Security Program requirements• Maintain adequate staffing levels, including backup personnel• Provide 24/7 availability for scheduled and emergency assignments• Provide uniforms, equipment, radios, and vehicles (if required)• Maintain professional conduct and customer–service–oriented behavior• Provide incident reports within 24 hours• Provide daily activity logs for each shift• Notify the City immediately of critical incidents• Provide a dedicated contract manager– Staffing Requirements• Officers must hold valid DPS licenses• Armed officers must maintain firearm qualifications• Officers must be trained in:O De–escalationO Customer serviceO Incident reportingO Emergency response• Supervisors must be available for oversight and quality control– Reporting Requirements• Daily activity logs• Incident reports within 24 hours• Monthly summary reports• Immediate notification of critical incidents• Attendance logs for events(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2023
