Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide gun range maintenance and cleaning services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.• a. Separate rubber media from lead material and remove all foreign debris (lead, metal fragments, wood, cardboard, paper, shotgun wads, casings, etc.).• Remove all bullet and lead materials from the premises and provide manifests as required.• Wipe down the bullet trap; repack and re–pitch the reclining bullet trap to manufacturer specifications (to the bottom of the hopper baffle).• Refill/top–off the hopper baffle with recycled rubber media and add new rubber media as needed; rubber media shall be free of steel–belt and/or poly fibers.• Apply fire retardant to existing and new rubber media.• Remove visible debris from the bullet containment area.• Groom and re–pitch rubber material on the reclining bullet trap; top off/refill hopper baffle as needed.• Peel and re–secure sticky mats outside range entrances.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
