DRA-11871 - USA (Pennsylvania) - Preservation Feasibility Study Services - Deadline December 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide preservation feasibility study services to the government authority located in PA.– Studies will be conducted as part of the preservation needs assessment program, which is designed to help owners of at–risk affordable housing developments evaluate whether, and how, a property can be preserved as long–term affordable housing. – Preservation Feasibility Studies shall evaluate the information provided by and the property owner and shall develop a clear assessment of the property’s preservation options.– Provide a concise overview of the property’s existing conditions, the preservation scenarios evaluated, the recommended strategy, and any key risks or knowledge gaps.– Financing scenarios:– Develop and evaluate at least two (2) preservation strategies and recommend the transaction structure that provides the strongest and most viable opportunity to preserve the project as long–term affordable housing.– The recommended scenario should represent a materially different preservation strategy than the secondary scenario.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
